Bromine Products

El Dorado is the only manufacturer of Bromine ISO Shipping Containers in North America. Our containers are currently in service with all of the major bromine producers in the world. We manufacture ISO’s ranging in capacity from 6000 Liter to 8200 Liter Capacities.

In addition to ISO Shipping Containers, our range of products and services also include the development and manufacturing of specialty size UN Portable Tanks. These smaller sizes, also referred to as “Pigs” or “Eggs”, have been fabricated to ship quantities from 125 Liters to 1250 Liter capacities. Various physical dimensions and configurations are available as well.

These containers have a homogeneous chemical lead lining installed as per the respective code for all UN Portable Tanks. All lead lining testing is per El Dorado Quality Control Standards and per our clients specifications.

El Dorado has manufactured over 100 Bromine Storage Tanks varying in size from 1,000 to 20,000 Gallon Capacity, and in vertical and horizontal configurations. Homogenous lead linings vary from .200″ to .500″ thicknesses, dependent upon customer specifications. All tanks are ASME “U” stamped. All lead lining testing is per El Dorado Quality Control Standards and per our clients specifications.

Our field crews can provide annual maintenance inspections, along with any necessary field repairs. Our National Board “R” Stamp allows us to perform any required steel repairs in the field as well. All inspections and repairs are documented fully for your reliability team.
