Swann-Coleman House – Portico Magazine
The Swann-Coleman House broke ground in July of 1927 and had its grand debut in January of 1930. Brice Building Company was the general contractor for the project. El Dorado removed, cataloged and repaired the many lead gutters, down spouts and collector boxes in conjunction with the slate roof replacement.
